Pass Through, Conveyor Washers, Rotary Drum Washers

Rotary Drum Systemsmb1.gif (20359 bytes)
The Hurricane rotary drum system is ideal for smaller parts or parts which need to be immersed in the washing solution.  The parts are gently moved through spray and immersion process.  This provides thorough cleaning of all part surfaces, including blind holes and threads.  The drum is available with perforations in various sizes down to 1/16"  for extremely small parts.
Belt Systemsmb2.gif (13518 bytes)
The Hurricane belt system is more versatile than the drum style.   It can handle a broader range of parts from small to large and from delicate to iron castings.  Variable speed control allows for flexibility in cleaning cycles.   Belts are available in steel, plastic and stainless in a wide range of sizes.
Overhead Conveyor Systemsmb3.gif (16009 bytes)
The Hurricane overhead conveyor system is designed for a continous, high-volume, heavy-duty operation.  It's equally functional as part of an in-line system or as a self-contained, single-operator continous loop system.
Custom Systemsmb4.gif (18853 bytes)
Hurricane custom systems can be easily and cost-effectively modified to fit your exact production requirements.  Size, drum, cabinet, fixtures, belt width and speed, stage functions, spray nozzle quantity and location, construction materials, automated operation - you name it.  Your Hurricane system will be built and delivered to your exact specifications.
Return-To-Operator Systems
Dunnage Cleaning Systemsmb5.gif (13064 bytes)
Not only do we clean your parts, we also have a special system that cleans the trays and baskets that hold your parts.  The Hurricane dunnage cleaning system uses a minimum of floor space.  A customized spray feature provides maximum washing flexibility for all types of applications, including the smallest plastic trays and baskets, to large containers.
Carousel Washer Systemsmb6.gif (15220 bytes)
The advantage of the Hurricane Carousel is that it requires a single operator.  Parts are placed onto a revolving turntable or onto fixtures which either index or move continously through each stage.  The parts exit the process for unloading at the same operator station at which they were loaded.  The Carousel can be easily adapted to a wide range of part sizes, configurations and process parameters.
EXTRACTOR™ Tramp Oil Removal Systemsmb7.gif (12959 bytes)
Extractor™ Tramp Oil Removal Systems remove free-floating dispersed and tramp oils from metal working fluids.  The systems are easy to set-up and require little or no maintenance, while running continously unattended.   Extractor systems extend fluid life and improve performance, handling high temperature fluids up to 180 degrees fairenheit, specifically those often associated with aqueous parts washer applications.
Wastewater Treatmentmb8.gif (13641 bytes)
Environmentally safe cleaners help preserve the ozone layer, but when mixed with water and dirty parts, the result is wastewater.  And it must be treated before disposal.

Midbrook, Inc. provides a range of wastewater treatment solutions to meet your needs.  You benefit most by working with just one supplier when specifying a complete cleaning / wastewater treatment system.  All matched for matchless performance.

CYCLONE™ Agitation Tank Washers
The Cyclone tank washer works on the simple, time-proven method of agitation.  The compact Cyclone machine operates more efficiently than many large units.  It can be transported quickly from place to place on an optional caster cart.
